Founder Partnership Program

Terms & ConditionsMVP Development Program

Please read these terms carefully before applying to the Founder Partnership Program. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

These terms ensure a fair and transparent partnership between PlanicsDev and startup founders.

MVP Development Program

01 Program Overview

The Founder Partnership Program is a selective initiative by PlanicsDev designed to help startup founders build their Minimum Viable Product (MVP) at no upfront development cost during the program period.

This program is intended for serious founders who have a clear vision, validated idea, and commitment to building a long-term product. Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed and is subject to our review and selection process.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible for the program, applicants must be founders or co-founders of an early-stage startup with a clearly defined product idea and target market.

Applicants should have a validated concept or early traction, be committed to active participation throughout the development process, and agree to all terms outlined on this page.

03 Application & Selection

All applications are reviewed by our team based on idea viability, founder commitment, technical feasibility, and alignment with our program goals.

Shortlisted founders may be invited for a discovery call. Final selection is at the sole discretion of PlanicsDev. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without providing detailed reasons.

04 Scope of MVP Development

The program covers development of a web-based MVP with core features agreed upon during the discovery and planning phase. The scope will be documented and mutually agreed before development begins.

Development timelines, feature sets, and deliverables are defined on a per-project basis. PlanicsDev will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed timeline, subject to founder responsiveness and scope stability.

05 What is Not Included

  • Native mobile app development (iOS/Android)
  • Ongoing maintenance after the MVP delivery period
  • Marketing, branding, or go-to-market services
  • Third-party service costs (domains, hosting, APIs, tools)
  • Features outside the mutually agreed MVP scope

06 Third-Party Services & Costs

Founders are responsible for all third-party costs associated with their product, including but not limited to domain registration, cloud hosting, payment gateways, email services, APIs, and software subscriptions.

PlanicsDev may recommend tools and services but does not cover these costs as part of the program.

07 Development Process

Development follows an agile process with regular check-ins, progress updates, and demo sessions. Founders are expected to provide timely feedback, clarify requirements, and participate in review meetings.

Delays caused by lack of founder responsiveness, frequent scope changes, or incomplete information may affect delivery timelines.

08 Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon completion and delivery of the MVP, intellectual property rights for the custom-developed code and deliverables are transferred to the founder, subject to any third-party open-source licenses used in the project.

PlanicsDev retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

09 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the program. This includes business plans, technical specifications, user data, and strategic information.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the partnership for a period of two (2) years.

10 Post-MVP Options

After MVP delivery, founders may choose to continue development with PlanicsDev through paid engagement plans, transition to their own team, or explore other options.

There is no obligation to continue the partnership beyond the MVP phase. Any post-MVP work will be governed by separate agreements.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms or fails to fulfill their obligations.

PlanicsDev reserves the right to terminate participation if a founder is unresponsive, misrepresents information, or acts in bad faith. Upon termination, deliverables completed to date will be handled as mutually agreed.

12 Limitation of Liability

PlanicsDev provides MVP development services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee business success, user acquisition, revenue, or funding outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanicsDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

13 General Terms

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the founder and PlanicsDev regarding the Founder Partnership Program. We may update these terms from time to time; continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.
